Getting a budget proposal for your strata’s fence replacement project is never too early. We can provide proposals for several different materials. We recommend you only get proposals for two types of materials. An example could be Vinyl or Cedar; this will ensure the process is easy. We will also provide a detailed site map like the one pictured below, and we will provide recommendations regarding which materials we believe would be best for your strata’s fence project. We will also provide you with a list of why these materials would be best so you can easily articulate them to the council.

Premium Fence will provide samples:

On top of the proposals and site maps, we have small fence samples like the ones pictured below. Feel free to ask us to borrow these samples. These samples do a great job of helping strata councils and residents get a good feel for the type of material they’d like for their new fence project. A live example is usually much better than a picture, and we are happy to provide them.

Premium Fence will prepare a customized video for the owners:

It is common practice for one of our estimators to provide residents with a video that goes over the problems with their current fence. This helps council members and residents understand why they need to replace their existing fence. We will also review the materials we recommend in this video and why they should consider them for their project. We address the pros and cons of each material so the residents can make an informed, sophisticated decision. Residents can also direct any questions to one of our estimators. We would be happy to answer them for you.

Premium Fence will attend an AGM:

We will attend an AGM in person or via Zoom. We understand that a fence replacement can be complicated, and the residents may have many questions. We would be happy to have a team member attend the AGM to review the project’s scope and the recommended materials and answer any questions the residents have regarding the project or our company.
