For our annual James Fabiszewski charity project, Premium Fence Company donated a Cedar Fence to the Langley Hospice Society.

The Langley Hospice Society was established in 1983. They provide practical, emotional, and spiritual support for people living with a terminal illness, their family members, and friends, throughout the last stages of illness, at the time of death and bereavement.

Our team braved the heat on June 25th,2022, to build the cedar fence; as you can see from the pictures below, it turned out great, and our team was happy to help. We do this project annually to honor the memory of James, who had a passion for giving back to the community.

We would like to thank Poco Building Supplies and Grove Cedar for donating the materials we required to build this fence.

Every year we install a free fence for a registered charity. Please let us know if you have any recommendations for a registered charity in need of a fence. We are already looking for some great candidates for next year.

The program was put in place to honor a member of our team named James Fabiszewski who passed away in February of 2021. It was his idea in the first place to install a fence for charity every year, so moving forward we are doing this charity event in honor of him.

James was an enthusiastic and energetic human being; he wore his heart on his sleeve and took extreme ownership of company matters. James was committed to providing our clients with a quality product. He loved to work hard and play hard but above all else, he had a heart for his community. James loved helping people, we want this program to honor him and all he was.

Last year we donated a fence to the Reach Society Child Development Centre. In the picture below you’ll see James’s wife and daughter standing in front of that fence with one of our project supervisors named Samuel Clare.
