Your strata residents need to all agree on one solution in order for your project to move forward. Premium Fence Company will attend in person or provide videos for your strata meetings to help educate stakeholders on the various materials that fences are constructed from. We will provide mini fence samples of the various fencing types and will answer any questions your community may have. With any strata project there is usually one best solution, and the way to arrive at it as a community is to learn about all the options and by process of elimination narrow it down to one that suits your need the best.
Provide Clear Communication
Your project needs to go smoothly – because as volunteers on council, or busy property managers you don’t have time to handhold or micromanage contractors. We’ve proved that keeping clear communication channels with your decision makers and strata residents is the only way. We will answer our phone whenever we are open and will always return your calls and emails in a timely manner. Our goal is to respond the same day if we are contacted by 3PM PST. Our quotations are very detailed and we always include a drawing of your fencing layouts with measurements – at no charge of course. This way you know what you are getting, and have no hidden surprises down the road.
